There are a couple of threads now on the evils of the "IWAY" faction-farming build.

Can anyone give me a rough, simple outline of what it is?

I think it deals with a couple of nasty necro tricks, plus some tanks and probably a few support Monks to keep everyone healthy. This is purely a guess educated by reading an "IWAY should be nerfed!" thread.
